Grease Management System Design & Installation
Fat, oil and grease (FOG) can cause many issues such as blockages and damage to waste water treatment equipment, which can lead to expensive repairs and potential equipment downtime. If allowed to enter a natural water course, FOGs can cause serious damage to the environment.
For these reasons, legislation requires that the correct FOG management is used by food service operators. FOG management systems include grease traps, interceptors and separators. Whether your system requires upgrading or replacing we can recommend the best system for your needs.

Grease Management System Emptying, Inspection & Maintenance
We recommend grease traps/separators are checked at least once a week dependent on use and size of system. It’s important not to wait until the grease trap/separator is full before emptying it. Emptying it earlier is easier and this also prevents excess grease being discharged into the sewer. Based on this most of our customers, take advantage of our scheduled grease trap/separator service.
